Communication could be better. They do the bare minimum and if you don’t ask them they don’t offer or let you know what services are available. They don’t do the quarterly checks as well. They promise a lot at the beginning but they don’t deliver. I’m constantly following up on them.

By far the most helpful and down to earth rental team I've dealt with, Annalisa really simplified the rental process as much as possible, very flexible and maintained good contact before during and after application but everyone we've dealt with from the team has been extremely helpful too! So nice being treated as a valued client instead of a chore like most rental inquiries.
