From the initial open house to the following negotiations, I found David very knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. Thanks again David

David was very professional in his dealings with us, he kept us up to date with the sale process, was hard working and persistent in achieving a very satisfactory sale for one of our properties which faced some problems. I respect of the last of the three sales David was very effective and we achieved a sale price that was well above what we had anticipated.

Victoria was courteous, punctual and attentive; immaculately presented, and highly professional. She was prompt returning calls, and with anything requested of her. It was a pleasure to have her as our agent.

David listened to what I wanted, guided me on the options, organised all the help I needed pre-sale. Then he worked his magic to achieve a sale price more than 10% above my goal.

We have had a long happy association with R and H over 15years with never any issues that were not handled in an efficient and timely manner. When it came to selling it was an easy choice to select a selling agent. David handled everything right down to organising minor repairs and presentation for selling. The outcome was excellent and we are delighted with the result

I've bought and sold properties many times and I’m very happy I chose Victoria Liu recently to sell my apartment. I was in good hands the whole time. Her strong market knowledge, attention to detail, coupled with her consistent updates and insights made selling my property a less stressful experience. A trusted real estate professional who delivered an above expectation result. Thank you Victoria.

David and his Team provided me with the most outstanding result in marketing my unit which had been my home for over 35 years. From the moment he walked into my home I felt comfortable and his easy manner gave me confidence in my next stage, as I am moving into assisted living. The result from the Auction has exceeded my expectations and will ensure I will be very well looked after in my new home. This has been a very emotional time for me and my family to make the decision to sell and move, but David and his Team did a fantastic job. I thank them all.

Recently I purchased a property throughout Raine & Horne HM Group real estate agent Victoria Liu. Victoria demonstrated extraordinary commitment through the sale process showing exemplary market knowledge, great negotiation skills, and level of professional service well above industry standard. As a buyer I was respected, listened to, and had a prompt response to all my enquiries. I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria Liu as a great professional when it comes to real estate.

Victoria embodies what a real estate agent should be. Her ability to listen carefully to both the vendor and purchasers needs were excellent. I first met Victoria looking for another investment property and could tell she had done her homework and was a keen to make sure I was across all information. This is why I then choose her to sell my investment property and she proved me right! Quick sale and great communication what an asset got your business-

I recently had the pleasure of working with Victoria to secure my first ever property. It was extremely refreshing to deal with an agent who not only had superior knowledge of the local market but promptly answered any questions (no matter how inane) professionally and efficiently, from the first inspection all the way to contract exchange. I would unequivocally recommend Victoria to anyone looking to buy/sell in the lower North Shore :)
