Victoria was extremely helpful throughout my inspection and buying process. Made what could have been a stressful experience really easy. Victoria was always happy to answer any question I had and followed up with the owners. I'm happy to have purchased my first home through Victoria.

Victoria had great knowledge of the local market and our building in particular. She really went the extra mile to ensure we had as many interested purchasers as possible and got us a great result ahead of auction. Victoria was always available for us and communicated well with us throughout the process.

As a first home buyer I appreciated the time she took to explain each step of the process. Her patience and willingness to share knowledge helped us greatly through this experience and I would readily recommend her services to others.

David was upfront about everything to do with this rather unique contract. This enabled us to save valuable time and make a fully-informed buying decision within a tight timeframe. That timeframe, dictated by a looming Christmas Day, was handled with friendliness, professionalism, and total commitment and reliability from our perspective. The direct result of our positive experience with David was our decision, without hesitation, to engage his firm to be our managing agent for rental of our apartment.

We have used David and his agency to manage rental properties and also on the sales side. We have always found David to be nothing but professional. He is not a typical salesperson and offers frank and honest advice which we value. David was great in selling our latest investment property which had some tricky characteristics. We were very happy with his approach and advice to achieve the right result.

As we live in Brisbane, we had to rely on David Hill's knowledge of the Sydney market in order to sell our townhouse. We had to have some renovations carried out, eg., painting, new carpets, blinds, landscaping, etc., and he went above & beyond what was expected by organising all the tradesmen. He kept us informed through Zoom daily as to the progress of the work. All the work was completed against a very tight schedule and to a very acceptable standard in order to have the property prepared for sale. We were very pleased with his professionalism and also his team of Victoria and Alison. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
David Hill
Very professional and reliable and took the honest approach to things.
