I was going to sell my place myself using one of those new websites. In the end, and after speaking to a number of agents, I decided to go with Paul. Why? I had nearly bought a place from him some years ago and was impressed by his integrity and commitment as the vendors agent. Although I didn't end up getting the place in the end, Paul's support and attitude left a mark. When I decided to sell I was adamant that I was not going to use an agent. However, after chatting with Paul I was again impressed by his energy and knowledge. As my agent, nothing was too much trouble for him and he really went out of his way to help potential buyers, and of course myself.
