We only dealt with Paul for a short amount of time as we purchased the property pre-auction and soon after viewing it for the first time only a few days earlier. Having said that, we found Paul to be a very good reliable communicator and to follow through with what he said - he seemed to represent the vendors interests well, was a good negotiator and was very responsive in our liaisons with him also.
