With Covid Lockdown in Sydney, Chris worked extra hard to show prospective buyers one at a time my unit. I have known Ric Serrao way back in year 2000 when I purchased from him my investment unit. I telephoned him to get his opinion on the current value and the best way to sell my unit. After all those years, he still remembers me and all the nook and cranny of my apartment. He arranged a face-to-face discussion and from there, he gave me good marketing advice and respectable valuation of my property based on statistic sale price on the area. He explained to me all details of his agency contract, the cost involved, marketing strategy and how his team works. Ric and Christophe Serrao made my selling a breeze. Ric and Christophe organized everything which include coordinating directly with my tenant in regards to open house, coordinating with strata manager, organizing the cleaner, the painter, the photographer, and advertisement.
