Hannan provided me with a realistic appraisal of the market and how my unit was tracking with possible buyers. Once the open house inspections started he did not give a false expectation of what the property may be valued at. While the price I sold for was below my expectations Hannan was able to explain that the feedback from the inspections, and the competition of other properties to enter the market in the future, it was worth considering the offers rather than hoping for a better outcome months down the track. Once I had weighed up all the options I was satisfied with the outcome. Hannan provided me with regular updates and his communication was very effective and concise.
