Back in 2012 when I purchased my first investment property I was in uncharted waters, searching for a property manager, Rob was a local agent who I'd seen all over the "leased" signs around Marrickville. I approached R&H Marrickville, Rob sat me down and explained all the ins/outs of what a property manager responsibilities, guided me through in every step, keep me unto date on the inspections, he even offered to take care of the rate & strata paperwork/payments which saves me the hassle of the paperwork I was so impressed I passed Rob's name/number onto a few friends who have investment properties around the Inner West If I could afford another investment property I wouldn't think twice in having Rob take on the job as my property manager
