Very attentive to our needs. Very willing to think outside the box and get us what we were wanting out of the property we have rented with them. Mario is highly accessible, personable and professional!

Back in 2012 when I purchased my first investment property I was in uncharted waters, searching for a property manager, Rob was a local agent who I'd seen all over the "leased" signs around Marrickville. I approached R&H Marrickville, Rob sat me down and explained all the ins/outs of what a property manager responsibilities, guided me through in every step, keep me unto date on the inspections, he even offered to take care of the rate & strata paperwork/payments which saves me the hassle of the paperwork I was so impressed I passed Rob's name/number onto a few friends who have investment properties around the Inner West If I could afford another investment property I wouldn't think twice in having Rob take on the job as my property manager

I have used the services of Raine & Horne for some years now, managing my property. I have always found them especially with my current property manager James Limnios efficient, easily contactable and focussed on myself the clients interests. Their access to reasonably priced tradespeople is also a plus from a landlord’s perspective. Their focus on their customer’s interests is an important part of property management and I recommend their services to any future landlords seeking trustworthy property managers who specialise in this area of the Real Estate industry. I am a long-term, satisfied client of theirs. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Rob was super engaged, helpful and went above-and-beyond to get us the best candidate for our Marrickville house. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local area and provided us with sound guidance throughout the process. We were so impressed, we have put him in charge of finding a new tenant for our other property. A great experience all around for us!
