I appointed R&H Marrickville to be our property manager close to the end of the year, which can be challenging to find a new tenant. Robert and his team managed to find a tenant within 2 weeks. I chose their agency based on Robert’s professional follow ups and my preference to have an agency with a proper shopfront.

James has leased our property within the first week, he has communicated every step of the way and explained things in detail. We had a minor issue with the ingoing tenant and James was great in providing how to best resolve the issue. Once we actioned James's recommendation, the tenant was happy and so are we. James strives to do his best in an Ethical and Professional manner and goes that extra mile.

We recently worked with James Limnios to rent our Marrickville home and we were impressed with his local property knowledge and highly personable nature. James provided useful guidance on how to get our home rental ready and managed the promotion, open home and rental process really well and made himself available for queries. The whole process went very smoothly, and exactly as James had outlined when we first met. Thanks a lot James!

We recently moved our account to Rain & Horne Marrickville for them to manage our rental unit. We received a quick turnaround on contract exchange and advice enabling us to re-tenant just days after our long standing tenant vacated. Very happy with service so far.

Our experience with Robert from Raine & Horne Marrickville has been easy and pleasant (not words I would usually use when moving house!). The staff (Rob in particular) are passionate about getting the right people in the right properties - they have been quick to respond and professional and polite to deal with. Once we moved in we needed an urgent repair which was dealt with within the hour! Amazing! I would highly recommend Robert and Raine & Horne Marrickville!

Robert Alihodzic has been our rental agent for the last 2 properties and most notably for our recent property in Marrickville. Rob has a special ability to get things done in such an efficient and professional manner which is extremely comforting as a tenant in a very competitive market. We have had quite short turn around times between rentals but Rob was able to secure our last 2 properties in a matter of days which really helped ease the stress of moving. We have rented in multiple countries around the world but working with Robert and Raine & Horne has by far been the best. Robert comes very highly recommended and if you are looking for an agent of highest quality who knows the market so well and will go above and beyond, then Robert is your guy. Thank you again Rob, so happy to working with you.
