Our experience with Robert from Raine & Horne Marrickville has been easy and pleasant (not words I would usually use when moving house!). The staff (Rob in particular) are passionate about getting the right people in the right properties - they have been quick to respond and professional and polite to deal with. Once we moved in we needed an urgent repair which was dealt with within the hour! Amazing! I would highly recommend Robert and Raine & Horne Marrickville!

Robert Alihodzic has been our rental agent for the last 2 properties and most notably for our recent property in Marrickville. Rob has a special ability to get things done in such an efficient and professional manner which is extremely comforting as a tenant in a very competitive market. We have had quite short turn around times between rentals but Rob was able to secure our last 2 properties in a matter of days which really helped ease the stress of moving. Rob and team have been managing our different property for years. They are best in game and have a streamlined process which works well . They have found us good tennants over the years which have stayed on long term hassle free. A property manager which can filter and solve most issues with rental properties with his large list of contacts is good value. Would highly recommend.
