Mario has done a great job in making the renter feel some sort of control over the ever difficult rental market. He helped me secure a lease so quick and was in contact frequently to finalise the application. Highly appreciative. He was also great at the inspection, ensuring I saw and knew everything.

Robert from R&H has been an incredible agent. I was having issues renting my apartment due to major renovations in the building and a construction site two doors down which led to tenants moving out. Robert has done some outstanding work and was able to rapidly and efficiently find new tenants. Robert was also excellent with his communication and kept me updated on the progress of the rental process. I am very grateful for Robert's expertise and work ethic and would recommend him to anybody as an agent.

James gave great advice on how to redecorate the place when I was giving it a refresh after 10 years. His advice on colours, flooring and fans proved spot on. The place got rented quickly. I had my choice from a range of tenants and achieved the upper bound of the rent we were hoping for. There were plenty of aspects to cover off along the way and James kept a great track of the details all in his head amazingly. He was always quick to get in touch and made himself readily available.

Our experience through R&H Marrickville and James has been nothing short of exemplary. We had an incredibly tight deadline to move in before Christmas, which was a very daunting prospect. James’s service and dedication to helping us was as efficient as it was helpful in reducing our stress. He is professional and systematised in his work and communicated with us effectively throughout the whole process. We felt at ease knowing James was working tremendously hard to help us and we highly recommend James and R&H Marrickville to anyone who is looking renting property in the area.

I had an upcoming vacancy for my property in Ashfield, right before the Christmas shutdown period. My property manager Robert was weeks ahead, proactively calling me to ensure the process was underway to commence re-letting and advertising for a new tenant. Robert was able to achieve a great outcome at my asking price and for a shorter lease term. Robert also guided me throughout the negotiation process in a professional, calm manner.
