James gave great advice on how to redecorate the place when I was giving it a refresh after 10 years. His advice on colours, flooring and fans proved spot on. The place got rented quickly. I had my choice from a range of tenants and achieved the upper bound of the rent we were hoping for. There were plenty of aspects to cover off along the way and James kept a great track of the details all in his head amazingly. He was always quick to get in touch and made himself readily available.
