Mario was fast, responsive and had good tenants in even before the first scheduled open. Highly recommended.

Mario maintained great communication through the whole process, sharing his depth of knowledge on the local market and professional opinion that helped get the property on the market and leased quickly, at the right price, and to the right candidate. I am very happy with the service from R&H Marrickville and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mario was a pleasure to work with. Kept in touch and had great communication! He would keep me updated and was transparent in where the property was at, and if any changes needed to be made to get it moving along.

I will like to thank James Limnios for his knowledge of the rental market to accurately appraise indicated price. Superb effort to have my asset leased in the first viewing. All the instructions I receive in communication came to fruition. James Limnios was rated by Raine& Horne National Outstanding Property Manger Residential 2022/2023

The agency and in particular Mario were very realistic about everything from the amount of rent to the time it would take to rent the house. Although I was overseas, I was kept in touch with what 's going on a regular basis and not before long, they were able to rent my property in a reasonable price in a short time. I was pleased with the service I got and would like to thank Raine & Horne for their excellent service.

The fact that we managed to get the house to market, find a tenant, and finalise the process all under a week, and do it all ever so seamlessly was a wonder that I am continuously telling my friends about! Everything was super easy, and it baffles my mind as to how smooth-sailing the entire process was. Honestly, the amount of help, the information flow, and the handholding I received from Mario to ensure a quick and faultless process to put my house to rent is incredible. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
