Filippo and his team (Xavier & Sophia) were very good right from the start and managed the sale process very well. Filippo's task was to make an auction, and he did that as we had 8 registered active bidders on auction night which was great. Filippo’s auctioneer is also very good. Filippo is a very good communicator and was able to cultivate interested parties throughout the process and kept us up to date on a weekly basis with detailed information, incl. insights and opinions. The process was well planned and explained and Filippo sought our input and opinion along the way. We had a few pre-auction offers and Filippo put them to us, but didn't push us on any pre-auction offer, and at the end of the day we went to auction which was the right decision. We took some extra time to get our home ready for auction, as we both work FT jobs, and Filippo was gracious and understanding. He popped around a good few times to check our progress and was always helpful with comments and suggestions. If you’re selling in Marrickville or surrounds, Filippo and his team are the first choice in my opinion, and we are very happy with the result.

As an extremely happy buyer I was at first skeptical in an agent whose more likely working for the best outcome for the seller. Yet from my first call with Xavier I knew I was on a winner in his field, very courteous & always replied to my calls. Extremely polite & an honest joy to have Xavier guide me through the process of my purchase. Excellent Thank You Xavier

I had a good experience entrusting Filippo and his team to help sell my house in Marrickville. They really helped take the stress out of selling. They were able to liase with other contractors to help clean, minor repair and stage the property. They were always professional and communicated regularly. I was also happy with the final sale result!

From the very first meeting to the exchange of contract Filippo set a strategy and followed it through. I was most impressed with the team’s preparation and time to set up the house for sale as it was an old house. The great ‘value add’ by the capital improvements completed to the property combined with the interior design was very important to the final result. This enabled the property to be presented at its best for the buyers. The communication through the sale process created trust as I felt I was informed at all times which enabled me to be comfortable with the final result knowing the whole marketing process was maximised. Importantly it is obvious Filippo, Michael, Xavier and Sophia worked very hard as a team using each others strengths to ensure the ultimate successful outcome
