Exceptional communicator with deep market knowledge — highly recommend Filippo!

We had a fantastic experience working with Filippo throughout the entire sale process. He was incredibly communicative, providing weekly updates so we always knew exactly what was happening with our property. His knowledge of the market is top-notch, and he set honest, accurate expectations for us right from the start. On top of that, Filippo was charismatic, easy to talk to, and always available whenever we had questions or needed advice. He was especially impressive at reading and gauging potential buyers. We felt supported at every step and highly recommend Filippo to anyone looking to sell!

Great communication, fresh thinking and an excellent result!

We had a great experience working with Filippo. His communication was excellent throughout, and when a small issue arose with the house, he handled it quickly and professionally. He was receptive to new ideas and proactive in his approach. He encouraged us to go to auction rather than accept an earlier offer, which proved to be great advice. We ended up with far more bidders than expected and a better result. We’ve also had friends who’ve bought through him speak highly of his genuine, approachable and refreshingly low-pressure style. Highly recommend!
