Filippo and the his team absolutely delivered an awesome result in a market that was turning quickly. Never felt pressured always ensured we where comfortable with our decisions, always advised us but made sure we where very comfortable with our decisions. Communication on weekly basis was of high standard I have sold many properties in pass and always had to chase agents for feedback. Filippo was always keeping us updated either via text or weekly chats. Once again thank you for a quick result cheers Angela

I thought this breed of real estate agent had become extinct! Filippo was the best - patient, honest, fair and an all round good guy. BUT, he can also be persuasive in a nice way. I am sure that we ended up with the best possible price for the sale of our house in this difficult market. Thank you Filippo!

I dealt with Filippo on my recent house purchase. He was professional throughout the transaction and responsive to my requests for information. Also very accomodating when we needed to arrange access to the property shortly after the sale. Overall good experience.

We have been on both sides of the coin with Filippo. Both as buyers and vendors, he was good to work with - persistent without bullying, attentive and perceptive, and very dedicated. We always notice he aims to make a connection with everyone who comes through. We would definitely rehire him if we needed to sell again.

Regular updates and assurances. Lots of confidence in a down market. Realistic views from the start. Professional, and focus within strategy with some flexibility to adjust to declining market sentiment. Filippo’s a master in his field, he’s easy to understand and shown great passion. His action showed that he is determined and disciplined.
