Filippo and Monique were very helpful in preparing our house for listing. Unfortunately, our property was sold for much less than expected and it was a huge disappointment for us after so much effort building through Covid. Thank you for the service you provided us.

Filippo, Monique and Xavier have been fantastic in providing after-sales service after purchasing the property from them. They've been very accommodating in my request for further inspections after the sale and have made sure everything leading to the settlement ran smoothly.

Filippo has a wealth of knowledge when it came to the particulars of the property. He was on time and was very respectful in suggesting times for viewing that suited me. Filippo expresses great communication skills and filled in all gaps of my property knowledge with great precision and understanding.

Fil is a bit of a unicorn agent in that he is actually genuine. Super kind and friendly, and great understanding of the market. You’ll be in good hands with him and will feel like you made the right decision too. His no bs approach was exactly what we were hoping for. Would def use him again.

I first met Filippo when buying this property 13 years ago, when he represented the vendor. As a buyer, I found him very easy to deal with, trustworthy, smart and strategic. As a vendor, I found the process of selling my property to be incredibly easy, thanks for Filippo and his team (Monique and Xavier). The entire campaign ran so smoothly, and the team took care of everything, which was a huge help considering I'm not living in Sydney. I was impressed with the styling, photos and listing content, and the team even managed to land some editorial press about the property. As for the auction itself, Filippo helped to deliver a great result that I was very, very happy with. I highly recommend Filippo - he's the best agent in the Inner West.

Thank you Filippo for assisting us throughout our buying journey and for helping us purchase our first family home. You have been nothing but helpful, transparent and professional from start to end. Also special thanks to Xavier who has gone above and beyond for us. To every open house to now being present at the property whenever we need him. Thank you for being so accomodating, punctual and friendly at every meeting. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with yourself and the team at Raine and Horne Marrickville and we look forward to continue our buying journey with you.

Filippo helped us sell our Marrickville home 8yrs ago, and most recently helped us sell our home in Canterbury. The decision on which agent to use this time was easy- we remembered how we found Filippo always approachable, genuine and friendly. Despite Canterbury being out of his area- he quickly showed local market knowledge and nothing was a hassle for him. We know that he goes above and beyond for both the vendor and potential purchasers, and was always available and contactable (no matter the day or time!). Thanks for being so hardworking and trustworthy.
