I have used Raine and Horne Marrickville for over 10 years now, for both managing my rental properties and now for a sale. They are an incredible real estate agency, flexible, personable, honest, fair and very professional. Filippo updated me regularly during the sale of my property and gave good advice on selling/marketing strategies.

I had such a positive experience purchasing my first home with Filippo. He made the whole process run smoothly and I felt like I knew everything up front, there were no hidden surprises. Filippo was very encouraging of my decisions and able to adjust to options that suited me. Such a great team at Raine and Horne Marrickville, thanks for making my home buying experience such a positive one!

Filippo has been a great agent from selling, renting and now purchasing my very own home. I can’t rate Filippo highly enough, he knows the area and he is so switched on to the buyer. Honest and reliable, an agent you can trust.

We recommend Fillipo as he was professional and dedicated to the process of selling. We choose him above all other agents in the area, as he sells more properties and we were not disappointed. His service was excellent. His communication was also very good as he understood buyers.

Filippo dedication and professionalism overall was astounding. His determination and work ethic is incredible. Filippo went above and beyond my expectations. Even during covid 19 And his ability to get maximum results on selling my father’s home was amazing. Filippo has a down to earth personality which made the whole process enjoyable. I could not recommend Filippo highly enough. Very happy with our services and communication including a good outcome for all.

I sold during a difficult time. Filippo had a good understanding of the market and we were able to get a price that I was ok with (I had hoped for a bit more but I chose to sell during a very unstable time, so I feel the price was right). There were restrictions on viewings etc but Filippo rounded up 6 bidders which was great. Overall we sold in the quick timeframe I'd requested and got a decent price.

Filippo was introduced to us as “the best agent in the area”. And he did not dissapoint. Upon first meeting him, I was almost immediately set at ease by his calm and personable nature, self-assured professionalism and ready smile. Filippo and Michael worked with us tirelessly to effectively market our property to the widest possible audience. Raine & Horne Marrickville has exclusive use of the “Amplify” program: some clever technology that in effect increases internet traffic to our advertisement, hence increasing interest in our property. Leveraging this increased interest, Filippo and team supplied the human touch, gently but persistently encouraging each potential buyer, yet knowing when enough was enough. In so doing they garnered sufficient interest to sustain a competitive auction. He developed the conditions to create a positive emotional reaction to our property, which in the end translated to a higher than expected price for our property at auction. We would be more than happy to recommend Filippo and the Raine & Horne Marrickville team to anyone seeking the best agent to secure the best price for their home or asset.

Filippo gave good advice about the value of our property and the anticipated sale turn around time. He utalised contacts he had made from unsuccessful purchasers of his other listed properties to find a well matched buyer for our needs. Filippo gave us plenty of information about progress of viewings and his follow up on prospective purchasers. He had contacts he recommended for conveyancing but worked cheerfully with the independent person we preferred. We requested Filippo call each of us with progress updates and he faithfully did so. Very satisfied with service he provided

We were always kept up to date with how things were tracking by Fil. His updates and reports were clear, easy to understand and most importantly realistic - he told us exactly where things were at and didn't overplay or downplay anything. He is genuine and personable which is what makes him such a great agent both from a buyer or seller's perspective (I have purchased from him and sold with him). Would recommend to anyone

The service provided by Filippo D’Arrigo and his team at Raine & Horne, Marrickville, was exceptional. The sale of our Family home was an emotional time for my sister and I but Filippo made it easy. He took of everything in a very professional manner. Needless to say, we got an excellent result. I highly recommend this team to anyone wanting to sell. Many, many thanks Filippo. Definitely 5 stars.

The purchase of this property was a tough and long process due to several complicated circumstances out of our control. Through ups and downs, Fil and I managed to work as a team over a series of weeks to get this purchase over the line for our clients. In the end I know this exchange would not have happened without Filippo's calm and patient approach. I thank him again for his involvement and for maintaining his professionalism throughout the purchase for a great outcome for both the Seller and Purchaser.

We engaged Filippo to sell our property. We found Filippo to have, in our opinion, the greatest client base, whilst being able to maintain a genuine relationship with us. We were trilled with our result and would be happy to work with Filippo again in the future.
