We sold our investment property through Michael and we couldn't have been happier with the result, and also the whole process end to end. Michael's communication was excellent from the start, and with us being interstate, we had to rely on him to co-ordinate a lot of activities, including liaising with the tenant (which he handled very professionally and with great respect to the tenant while also looking after our best interests), and also coordinating a number of renovations which were all completed in a very tight time-frame in order to get the unit onto the market before Christmas. The end result was a quick sale, and a record for the apartment complex. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking to sell.
