It was a pleasure to deal with Filippo. He was very transparent throughout the whole process and was obviously trying hard to find the best deal for both the vendor and purchaser. As a first home buyer I had lots of questions, and he was able to provide clear and detailed answers. I can definitely recommend Filippo.

Dealing with Filippo was a pleasure, he was very professional and would provide regular updates throughout the sale process. Filippo was honest and realistic with expectations. We were very happy with the final sale price and the number of people who attended the auction. Filippos team (especially Michael) were also great to deal with and very helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend Filippo and the team at Raine and Horne Marrickville.

My fantastic first impression of Filippo has only grown since he sold me my apartment back in 2005 - when it came time to move on, he was the only choice. He has a true passion for the suburb of Marrickville, and genuinely cares about his clients. He organised all the renovations we needed with breathtaking efficency, and when our apartment went on the market, he took great care to keep us thoroughly informed every step of the way. Not only does he understand the local market inside out, but he also has a brilliant ability to read people and identify the serious buyers. My husband and I hugely valued his skill in interpreting the situation, which changed on sometimes a daily basis, particularly close to auction time. And the result exceeded all our expectations. There's no one I would rather have trusted with the sale of my much-loved apartment!

Filippo has a great feel for all aspects of his job. He knows values and doesn't waste people's time with inaccurate information. Filippo got to know us very well and understood just what we wanted. This enabled us to find just the place and it was a great deal for the vendors as well! We would highly recommend Filippo to people whether they are buying or selling. Filippo is very good at his job and does this with a warmth that connects him easily with people!

Dear Filippo, we would like to thank you, Michael and Catherine for all your assistance in selling our home. We were very nervous about selling having lived our house for over 30 years, but your professionalism and experience in the Marrickville market, together with your positive and understanding nature eased our concerns and put the Sold sticker on the board. We would not hesitate to recommend you and Raine and Horne Marrickville to prospective vendors.

Filippo made sure he included me, as the partner, in all decision making and valued my input. At no time was I dismissed as merely a female partner. He demonstrated knowledge on the local area and gave realistic price estimate for sale at recommended auction. Kept us informed during the process of selling and after each 'Open Home'.

Filippo is a good guy to work with and knows the potential of a property. The price obtained was good and in line with expectations. He provided good feedback on preparing the property for sale and made us comfortable with the process.

Filippo has now sold 2 properties at auction for us. He has shown a great knowledge of the property and area, keeping our expectations realistic, working hard to follow up prospective buyers and keeping us constantly updated by phone and email on progress. We could not have asked for a better agent. Thanks Filippo!
