Filippo D'Arrigo
Filippo is an extraordinary all-rounder as an agent. Professional, courteous, confident and an absolute powerhouse of knowledge and understanding of the Inner-West market and most importantly, has the patience and care to guide you every step of the way. He had our trust from the get-go. The process of selling or buying for that matter is one of the biggest investments both financially and emotionally you’ll ever make. In every decision we felt confident, supported and looked after. We bought our house from Filippo 12 years ago, and we had the great fortune of employing his services again to sell our much loved home. Based on hard work and commitment to us as clients, he and his team, from Micheal Pizzata through to marketing and the auctioneer, absolutely nailed it. They never missed a beat, everything was done right the first time, on time, and we got an exceptional outcome for our home. What a team, if you don’t have Filippo and the Raine & Horne Marrickville crew on your side, your missing out!

Filippo has, one again, done a wonderful job in marketing and selling another of our properties. From beginning to end, he is professional, genuine, communicates regularly and is to attuned to the market. We have been impressed with Filippo’s experience in assisting us to prepare the property and his hard work to engage buyers from the first Open House. Multiple offers were successfully negotiated by Filippo, resulting in a better than expected sale before auction. Thanks, Filippo, for a great experience!

Filippo provided fantastic service throughout the process of the sale of my property. He keep in regular contact with me throughout the process and gave sound, realistic advice. Filippo is approachable and responsive to any questions asked; he made me feel like no question was too stupid to ask, was important to me as this was my first sale.

Our sale was made very difficult due to changing market conditions and Filippo manged this situation superbly. He was completely honest when dealing with the difficult conditions and his advice on how to approach this were proven to be spot on. We eventually achieved a sale price over 10% higher than we would have if we had not taken his advice.

We had a unique property to sell, which had previously been on the market. Filippo and his team took it on and Got it sold! Filippo communicated honestly and made the process les overwhelming, even when parts of the sale weren’t straight forward. I highly recommend Filippo and his team!

Filippo was knowledgeable and very easy to deal with, I would highly recommend to anyone that's selling their property

Most of our experience of purchasing the property was through communications with Michael Pizzata, saying that, Michael was excellent. He was professional in all our dealings through email and in person. He was always willing to talk and was proficient at communicating information to us in a timely manner, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Michael. The couple of times we say Filippo he was nice and helpful and made himself available for communication if we needed.

Filippo and his team go above and beyond to make the selling experience as seamless and easy as possible. From watering our garden in our absence to organising a handyman to assist with minor repairs, nothing was too difficult. Filippo set a realistic expectation of what we would achieve and exceeded this. I would certainly recommend Filippo and his team if you are selling in Sydney's Inner West.
