Excellent Service!
As a first time seller, I was very nervous heading into this process. Not only was Filippo able to answer all my questions and keep my expectations in check, we created and executed a game plan that meant we knew what Plans A, B & C were at every move. I would recommend Filippo to anyone looking to sell.

Best in the business
Filippo & Catherine! What a team!!!! They have done such an excellent job at getting me the best possible price for my home. They are kind, considerate and friendly agents who went out of their way to make sure I was happy and always knew what was going on. Filippo treats his clients with respect so I'm not surprised to see he is at the top and number 1 in Marrickville!!! Couldn't recommend enough!
Filippo certainly is a people's man, my husband and I first dealt with Filippo three years ago when we purchased our first home. He was honest, engaging and knows the market well. So when it came time to sell three years later we knew who the guy for the job was! Realistic goals are set between the purchaser and seller from the start so both parties end up with a happy result. Filippo D'Arrigo's
I would not recommend to use Filippo as an agent to sell my property. There was miss understandings from day one to the end of the campaign. I feel he could have done better negotiating to get a higher price and did not give us good advise. His Commission structure was very miss leading and so was the advertising price list. Be Careful.

Honest and reliable
After a few bad experiences with other agents it was a pleasure dealing with Filippo. He was always upfront with the information he provided and willing to respond to our questions.
