Fillipo D'Arrigo would have to be one of the the best Real Estate Agents we have worked with. His approach, professionalism and care for us has been applaudable from the commencement of the sale process to the very end. We are very appreciative and thankful for his paramount service. We are looking forward to building our relationship with Fillipo and wish him only the best!

Filippo and I have had an ongoing relationship, through buying and selling my properties, for about 10 years now. He's always been straight forward, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend him.

Dear Filippo, We wanted to send you a brief note of thanks for your commitment to us prior, during, and throughout the sales process of our Marrickville unit. Your knowledge of the market, and the general psychology of sales provided us with confidence and alleviated my personal anxiety throughout the course of something which was found to be quite emotional. We recommend you highly and would not use anyone else for selling any of our properties. Thanks again Fil !

Sale of 86 Pile St Marrickville We have known Fillipo for several years as he has helped our family before. This time he was as knowledgeable and efficient as usual. He gave us very wise advice not to accept a pre bid and go to full auction. We recommend Fillippo very highly.
Filippo D'Arrigo
Fillippo was very easy to deal with and provided us with a truly exceptional result.

We highly rate our experience buying a house through Filippo (& Catherine!) from Raine & Horne. They were both very easy to contact & deal with. Filippo was happy to talk about the general market & the property itself, as well as assist us with inspections outside of the advertised times. As a buyer, you never know for sure if an agent is giving you a spiel about the pricing to sucker you in or being honest - and it was refreshing for us to find out (after the auction) that Filippo was one of those rare examples of an agent being upfront and genuine. If someone I knew was buying and told me that Filippo was their agent, I would tell them they are in good hands and to listen to his advice.
Filippo D'Arrigo
Filippo was very approachable and accommodating with our needs to have the building inspection done the next day. We had the pleasure of dealing with him as a buyer, and he took the time to show us the property and answer all our questions. He was great to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell. Filippo helped us get the house we were after and made the whole process efficient and easy. Thank you for helping us get our house!

I was highly impressed with Filippo, he is an excellent agent. He has an thorough knowledge of the Marrickville area and kept me informed throughout the sales process so I always felt I was in safe hands. I recommend him highly.

Dealing with Filippo made our experience very smooth and stress free. I have dealt with MANY estate agents and have often had negative experiences. Not with Filippo. I really appreciated his regular phone calls, keeping me updated, and straight talking approach. I never felt like I had to chase him as I felt confident he was well across the campaign and our needs. He is warm, friendly and humourous. Thank you for making our first home purchase so smooth.
Filippo D'Arrigo
As a purchaser, Filippo was not acting for us however he was always very professional and straightforward when we had queries. He has also been hugely helpful in providing contact information for local tradesman and I would recommend him as an agent for potential vendors in this area. We will certainly look to use him if we sell sometime in the future.
Filippo D'Arrigo
Without doubt the most exacting experience with a perfect outcome that exceeded my expectations. Filipo knows the market, he even took time out from his sons birthday celebration to meet me on site given the immediacy and complexity of needs. Raine and Horne are blessed to have Filipo - his team were equally professional and handled transition from the incompetent incumbent real estate agent. Many thanks Filipo!
Filippo D'Arrigo
Filippo and his team were always there for us, they help us through both the sale of our property and answer many a question and gave support during the purchasing of out new property. They were patience and generous with their time often fielding a barrage of questions and working with us us in our non business friendly work hours. I always felt that I could rely on them.
