From our first interaction, Cloe was easy to deal with but always maintained a high level of professionalism. I received regular email feedback which detailed the enquires for the listed property. Once a solid buyer was engaged, Cloe assisted and provided guidance in relation to the necessary steps and documentation required from myself. Between Raine & Horne and my conveyancers, the final steps of completing the sale were smooth and stress free. Finally, the performance of Cloe Millhouse was exceptional.

Local knowledge of southern beaches area. Which made it easy to market .
