Good management of marketing ensured plenty of interest and follow up.
Danny listed my property at a difficult time in the market and managed my existing tenants well to enable viewings and keep the marketing continuing. This all lead to a very satisfactory outcome and a contract offer very close to my original planned price.

A bit vague
We found Debbie to be a bit lacking in communication. Multiple times we sent her emails and received no reply at all until we prompted her again. We were a little disappointed in her customer service skills, she came across as completely disinterested until we actually put an offer in. We were, however, grateful for her knowledge in helping us to fill in the paperwork. The purchase went smoothly enough overall, and we are happy with our house.

Splendid experience
I've come into contact with a few agents through renting but Anne was by far the most helpful. She was always easy to contact. She took extra time with us to help guide us through the purchasing process and after purchasing her company ended up listing our house for rent. Super easy. . .

Worked With Us
Greg was great to deal with in all aspects of selling our house. He understood what we wanted and successfully found us multiple offers that were right for us. Our house was on the market for only 2 days before we received multiple offers from our first and only open home. Unfortunately this contract didn’t eventuate but that didn’t stop Greg from working his hardest to find us new perspective purchasers and he secured multiple contracts once again. The contract that SOLD our house was above our asking price and all the terms of the contract suited us, which worked out well. Greg always kept us updated on all his dealings with enquiries and gave us plenty of notice before private inspections, which is a lifesaver with a 1 year old. We originally purchased our house through Greg so it was only natural to use him to sell our house. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Greg and the Raine & Horne team in the future.
