The property was left in a disgusting manner even after our inspection and he was told to clean it out I have bought and sold several properties and have never had one left in such a disgusting mess, no cleaning done whatsoever-not even a vacuum run over house yet alone a dust and the owners "stuff" (his mother) left in every room down to the shampoo in shower! We eventually had to bad everything up and leave it outside for him to come and collect and take to tip--because that is all it was--rubbish.

Ann was very welcoming and friendly and showed us all the features of the house and answered any questions we had. We fell in love with the house and Ann helped us with a local conveyancor and took the SOLD sign down when we inquired about it. A lovely, pleasant lady I feel could become a friend as we both have grandchildren. A beautiful house in a beautiful area.
