I have been a customer of Ralf Real Estate P/L , Lakemba , for a few years and have always excellent customer service. I have been working with Sarah "property manager", she responded to all my calls, attentive, professional and resolved my problems quickly. I highly recommend this agent, and thank Sarah for looking after my properties.

They build belief in customer and owner relationships. They make a good impression at first glance. In my case, I am too impressed with the agent's behavior.

When we needed to re-lease our unit, Ralph suggested some renovations and were quickly able to organise tradies to perform these. This was done to our satisfaction and in an extremely timely manner.

I would like to appreciate the excellent and hassle free service given by Ralph First Real Estate. Immediately after consulting with Mr. Raj Uprety in Ralph, he discussed with me about my requirements and found a property that was as accurate as my needs. The good communication and prompt service was the best experience that we had with Ralph and Mr. Raj. I am loving my new unit and would like to thank Ralph and Mr. Raj again for the best service we could wish for.

Finding a good rental property is really challenging in recent days. I was searching for a few weeks but found that most of the property doesn't match the pictures they provided on the website. I found RALPH is really honest in this case. Their picture on the website and property condition matched. Another issue is the agent's communication, Sarah is really professional and friendly in this case. Most important was the prompt communication. I wish all the best to RALP and looking forward to continuing with RALPH. Thank You
