Sarah was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is a wealth of knowledge and was very presentable when discussing the rental of our investment property. Nothing was too hard for Sarah and she delivered a wonderful result which exceeded the expectations that were initially set out. Overall a genuine property market practitioner with a clear competitive advantage over her peers. Thank you Sarah!

The process was quick and easy. Submitted our application online and in less than 24hrs we received a feedback. Heads up to all the Ralph First Real Estate team, especially to Jennifer who made everything possible for us in getting our unit.

I am happy how the agent deal with us and provide details about the property, but one thing I want to mention that he agreed that the cleaning will be done but some areas are not clean and fixed otherwise best experience

Great agency, Property leased very quickly. Nadine and the team are excellent and specialists in leasing properties out in the 2195 postcode. Highly recommended.

I've been with Ralph for over 10 years and they've managed my properties to the highest standards. Sarah especially is diligent, hard working and always available and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended them to anyone in the Canterbury / Bankstown area

Sarah from Ralph Real Estate was/is by far the best Agent I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From viewing the property, to applying/being approved, to picking up the keys and moving in every step was quick, simple and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a rental to take the time to check out Ralph Real Estate

Best I’ve came across
Ralph First Real Estate
I have been recently looking for rent and the experience I have is appalling in sense their unrealistic system set-up inspection bookings up to online applications. I am talking about the mega real estate brand in Sydney. Believe me or not I found RALPH Real Estate is simple and respond quickly with precise answer. Oh! Sarah Hamaoui, she is the best down to earth young informal approach like lady which I always admire. I am recommending anyone to contact RALPH at Lakemba for any real estate matters with peace of mind. Thanks to RALPH team
