I am so much frustrated with their service!!!! They dont respond to you on time. In my case, they were negligent in checking the property condition before I moved in to the property. The day I moved in, the light in my bedroom was not working, and its already my 3rd week and still they havent fixed it. Everytime I call them, they say they will look into it, but they never took any action. They say they will call me back, and never did that. No one responds to my repair request email. So, overall i wouldnt suggest Ralph to anyone.

I emailed to get an approval to install NBN box, sent multiple followup emails and calls and couldn't get it done for over 2 months. Needed help with rent during early stages of Covid when my partner lost his job. Didn't help or tried to help at all. So I ended up moving and it was best choice. Worst real estate agent i ever dealt with.
