I emailed to get an approval to install NBN box, sent multiple followup emails and calls and couldn't get it done for over 2 months. Needed help with rent during early stages of Covid when my partner lost his job. Didn't help or tried to help at all. So I ended up moving and it was best choice. Worst real estate agent i ever dealt with.

I have had business dealings with Ralph Real Estate looking my rental apartment for over a year now. Jennifer Strang has been managing my apartment in Wiley Park. I think Jennifer is a good communicator, is organised, keeps me well informed and is a truely professional with great work ethic. I am happy with her work and she is personally pleasant and courteous.
