Chris HAs been the right choice of agent and we can't thanking enough for his efforts
I worked as a real estate sales person for 41 years and have retired 3 years ago. Because of my experience in the R E industry I had high expectations from the agent I and my brother would choose to sell our unit in Lakemba When I first spoke to Chris regarding selling our unit Chris did not know that I had worked in the industry . By the end of our meeting I was impressed and instantly convinced that Chris would be our agent of choice based on his enthusiasm ,knowledge and experience of the industry his honesty and communication skills and his negotiating skills . With my experience with Chris I can only say that Chris is a credit to the Real Estate industry delivering a sale and service above our expectations. The whole sale process was stress free and very pleasant. Based on this I can highly recommend Chris to any one looking for a honest skillful and professional sales person.

Easy to deal with
We chose Marc to sell my mum's unit because out of the 4 appraisals we got from other agents, his was the most down to earth in terms of current market conditions. He came across as a no nonsense, direct and says it how it is. Therefore, the time frame, expected selling price and final outcome was all within what we discussed. Selling a property is a very stressful even. Marc just makes the process much easier.

The Ultimate Professional
I have been working in the property industry for over 40 years dealing with over 50 agents every year.
