Having dealt with so many different agents and having real estate experience myself, I strongly believe the agent you choose can make such a difference to your bottom line, the sale price. Following my experiences with Chris and the Ralph First Real Estate team I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. With this particular sale of our property in Belmore, Chris created a pool of buyers from their existing Ralph data base before going live online, and together with the live marketing creating a competition between the buyers to achieve the highest price possible (which I might add was above our expectations) and secure a sale following the first open house. I had the pleasure of dealing with Marc after switching agents due to bad experience from the previous selling Agent. I was introduced to Marc and from the get go he was very honest, great communicator and I felt he went above and beyond to get buyers through the property to show it as much as possible to potential buyers. We ended up selling for the price that the first agent said we’d get but it Marc kept me informed the whole way where as we didn’t get that with the previous agent and felt like we had no idea what was going on.
