My experience with Chris was easy going. He didn't pressure me into buying anything without letting me make my own informed decision. Others I came across almost sounded scripted, However, Chris seemed genuine. He was able to highlight certain things such as how the strata of the apartment is well kept etc. Thanks Chris!

From the beginning of the process Marc was welcoming, patient and understanding. He displayed knowledge of the market and an understanding of what buyers were looking for. There were a few challenges in arranging the sale of the property and at all times Marc was calm and approachable. He communicated well with the necessary parties and his suggestions for preparing the property were helpful and realistic. Great job Marc on helping to sell the property and exceed our expectations.

Chris allowed us to ask as many questions and responded straight away. Being a first home buyer, there are many information that I didn't know! he was very helpful.

Chris was great to work with, he was open and honest the whole way through and called regularly with updates. I pushed him to get a price I’d be happy with even if it was a little more than market price And he prevailed. Well done mate

On both occasions (buying and selling) I found Chris to be very professional and experienced at his job. Friendly and helpful and considerate always. As I had recently lost my husband of 30 years, I needed someone that I could trust to help me sell my Unit at Belmore/Lakemba, that is why I chose Chris, I felt confident that he would do his best for me. I am very satisfied with the outcome! He knows the area well and I can recommend him. No problems.

Chris was so easy, professional and great to deal with. I am a first home buyer and while Chris wants things to move quickly, I felt very safe in his hands. Chris allowed me to have a private inspection on the same day, within an hour and I made a decision on the spot after searching for MONTHS. Chris constantly communicates, allows for genuine extensions, gave me lifts and has great staff that provides all the necessary financial documentation. Chris's 25 years of experience really shines through and he cares about people. I couldn't be happier and can't wait to move into my new home!
