After I gave him my desired sale price, he gave me honest and accurate feedback about the pros and cons (that could easily be verified by online searches), he felt he could achieve my desired price (notwithstanding my previous experience). Marc was professional from start to end. He provided useful advice to pivot the sales strategy as appropriate to the timing and market. Although the final price was below the target range in January, Marc did try very hard to get the best price considering the evolving situation in Sydney. He communicated well - he regularly kept me up to date and did not over sell or set expectations that could not be met. I would definitely use Marc and his team again.
