Chris was very easy to deal with. Chris was very honest and straight forward with our negotiations and the price guide quoted was exactly where the property sold for. All our questions were answered promptly and professionally. All our different requests such as mid week viewings, multiple viewings to allow family to inspect even extending our cooling off period were looked after by Chris making our transaction so much more enjoyable and less stressful. No request was ever a problem for Chris. We were so impressed with Chris we are using his agency to manage our rental property for us.
