Chris was very easy to deal with. Chris was very honest and straight forward with our negotiations and the price guide quoted was exactly where the property sold for. All our questions were answered promptly and professionally. All our different requests such as mid week viewings, multiple viewings to allow family to inspect even extending our cooling off period were looked after by Chris making our transaction so much more enjoyable and less stressful. No request was ever a problem for Chris. We were so impressed with Chris we are using his agency to manage our rental property for us.

First class. Called promptly on initial introduction. Gave us a free comprehensive appraisal of our expected sale price backed up by documented recent sales in the area. Kept us fully informed during the advertising and sale process. A final sale contract was achieved quicly and in the price range originally suggested by Chris. Price achieved was above our expectations and above the independent valuation we had obtained. Would recommend to any future seller.

I needed to sell my apartment whilst living in the UK and Marc made the whole process easy and stress free. He knew the area well and did a great job of finding potential buyers. Most importantly, Marc was able to get it sold at the price range I was looking for during a tough market.
