Marc's recommended Auction campaign worked an absolute treat. I was very impressed with his ongoing feedback through-out the entire campaign. Marc never pressured us but was always there to give us advise when needed. By far the best Agent we have ever dealt with!!

We pitched out the sale of our property and Chris secured the work because of his approachable manner and proposed selling strategy. He did not disappoint, delivering above the appraisal range within the first week of being on market. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

I recommend Chris's services. He was friendly, professional and polite from the beginning of the process through to the end of settlement and did not mention this review process at all like some agents do. I wanted my tenant to be given enough time to find a place to live and he helped to find her a unit and helped to sort out a longer settlement to give her time to do that. He kept me updated regularly and was prompt to reply to emails and messages.

Marc was absolutely amazing when assisting with the sale of my parents property. He was always available to answer my calls day or night and kept me well informed throughout the entire selling process. The final selling price was fantastic and well above what other similar properties had been selling for in the area. I cannot recommend Marc and the Ralph Team enough. Kind regards, Sophie Oren
