Honest, passionate, very quick and reliable at getting things done. Agreed to meet me at 8:30 pm at night to show me and my son the property. After dealing with him, he's now a good friend. Highly recommended and would recommend to friends.

We recently sold out home with Ralph. It was an easy process, very affordable & Chris understood our requirements as we didn't want to have open for inspections weekly. I highly recommend Chris & the RALPH team. They are the leaders in this locality!

I have twice had the pleasure of doing business with Chris Wilding (2 property purchases) and on both occasions I have found Chris to be very easy to deal with. Communication is smooth and fluid, and none of the usual 'game playing' often employed by sales agents. If you know what you want and appreciate honest and rapid communication, I can definitely recommend Chris Wilding for your property sale or purchase..

I was going to sell my property 1 year prior but had changed my mind. At the time I found Chris to be very professional & honest with all the information that he had given me as I had done my research also. So I had no worries in who I was going to get to sell my property when I listed my property for sale a year later. During the sales process he kept me up to date regularly & I was most happy with my outcome. I would recommend Chris & the entire Ralph Team to anyone who is interested in selling or renting as I have dealt with other agents & I found that Chris & his team are head & shoulders above the rest! 👍🏽 Jodie Bennett
