I would just like to thank Chris from Ralph Real Estate Belmore. Chris was very accommodating and helpful with the purchase of my property. Chris gladly negotiated terms of the contract with no hesitation and communicated extremely well between myself and the vendor. I am very happy with my purchase and the assistance I received from Chris Walding. Thanks again :-) Rachael

Chris assisted me in the purchase of new property & then had my existing one signed up, listed & sold within one week. Chris' extensive knowledge & experience in the local area property market proved the key factor in achieving an immediate & desired result. I was given a valuation that was realistic & that proved to be 100% spot on. Never once was I given any false expectations or misinformation. Chris' approach is geared to achieving positive & rapid outcomes that satisfies both seller & buyer alike. When it comes time to sell again, Chris will be the first person I will call on.

I originally purchased this unit from Christian back in 2009 and was so happy with the level of service, I continued my relationship by allowing Ralph Real estate to manage the property while it was being rented. This was also the perfect experience. When it came time to decide whether to sell my unit to buy the home I now intend to live in, Christian was brilliant with the advice he gave me never once making me feel like it was about anything more than helping me out. On his recommendations, we sold my unit above what we agreed it was worth within 2 weeks being on the market. Christian acted far beyond what I expected a real estate agent would and I would highly recommend anyone thinking about investing to get in contact with him. His knowledge and experience is only surpassed by his friendly and honest nature. Thanks for everything Christian - you are a legend!

Chris has demonstrated that he can totally listen to & understand a customer's requirements & will not try to sell you anything more or anything less than than is specified. Chris' local knowledge is excellent & his valuations have proved to be totally inline with the market. Chris has an honest, no nonsense, no blue sky approach that results in a quick & easy transaction for both buyer & seller. He guided me in the purchase of this property & then had my existing property sold within the following week (with only one open house). I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for an honest & straight talking real estate agent.
