Dealing with Chris from the very first call to the first face to face interaction was an absolute pleasure. Chris is honest, responsive, professional and there are not too many agents in this market place that hold these virtues. Our experience was a seamless transaction that did not put any additional pressure on us, I would recommend Chris to anyone that needs an honest agent in today's world. Buying this property was too easy- thank you Chris for making our purchase worth our while- you are a gentleman.

I cannot recommend Chris Wilding and his team enough! Chris's enthusiasm and professional approach to selling my property made the process an absolute delight even in this depressed market. Not only did Chris find a buyer in four weeks, he was able to achieve acceptable sale price which was above than apprised sale price of other local agents. I am truly thankful for all of your professional services, Chris. I have not even a slight hesitation recommending your service to family and friends. Keep up the good work !Thank you.

We had deal with Chris for several times now with different requirements (buying, selling and renting) and we keep going back to him. He is very professional with his job, give you realistic market review/expectation and he is open to any sort of communications. He is very helpful with all the inspection and I really like that he is very punctual and he make sure he gets back to your in a very timely manner. We feel very comfortable dealing with him as we feel that he is a genuine and humble person, we do not like dealing with agent that exaggerate a lot and can't deliver. All in all, very happy with the service and we will be keep using him as our preferred agent in future.

He's easy to talk to and he knows the market. I would definitely go through Chris again.
