I first communicated with Marc via email approximately 2 years ago in early 2014 about a new block of apartments in Lakemba. Through email exchanges I found him amiable, professional in his swift responses, extremely patient and pleasant. I met Mark for the very first time last year and in a successful purchase in early 2016 I liaised with him on multiple occasions. I deal with real estate agents extensively in their capacity as selling agents, strata managers and managing agents. Marc's most outstanding attribute is that he is exceptionally straightforward and forthright about the property's condition and the price. He doesn't embellish and makes frank disclosure. Very inspiring for a purchaser. Marc has impressive product knowledge, is outcomes focused, avoids silent auctions or making purchasers compete. He is focused on a successful sale with the best outcome for his client. In another example I found he repeatedly (but not annoyingly) follows-up on interested parties until he closes a sale. If I was selling, I would instruct Marc with confidence. Marc has a charming, witty and personable manner with purchasers yet he is driven to succeed and shows determination even where commissions are modest. In other words a true professional. Chris was great to deal with.
