I have loved my time with Aleta & Co so far! The girls have been so accommodating to myself and my partner from the get go! From organising inspection times that were not originally scheduled to accommodate for myself and work to now being in a property of theirs and having the best communication whether it be me asking just asking a random question, or something needing to be fixed! They are all over it, from Natalie our agent to Charlotte at the front desk. I know these girls are only new Coffs Harbour but I know they are going to do amazing! Natalie is the most outstanding real estate agent that I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. She is approachable, understanding and goes out of her way to help. I relocated to Coffs from Wollongong and the thought of trying to secure a rental was extremely stressful, especially since I owned dogs. My initial contact with Aleta & Co Realty was that I applied for a property to my liking but unfortunately, it was already taken. Natalie contacted me straight away to inform me that there was another property that I may be interested in. Well, wow. What can I say? I secured her recommended property within a few days. How easy was that? Natalie took so much stress off the move and I cannot thank her enough for this. From handing over the keys to lease inspections to sorting out a hot water system failure, this has all been a seamless process. The staff greeting me at the front desk at the office are to be highly commended too. They are always so approachable and incredibly friendly.
