My partner and I have moved a few times over the last few years, due to a number of factors, covid being one as an example and getting a puppy and needing extra space as another. In Sydney, we found every realtor we worked with to be dismissive, unresponsive and sometimes just plain rude. Moving to Coffs we didn't have very high expectations but from the moment I first connected with Natalie she has been a dream to work with! She has been so responsive and helpful to us, it's been such a refreshing and welcomed change! When we secured a property and finally got the keys, we landed to the house with a little welcome basket in the kitchen from Natalie which was such a lovely touch. I couldn't recommend her services enough!

Aleta & Co .Realty has been wonderful to deal with. The friendly girls at the reception desk were so kind and helpful dealing with all my queries. The property I am currently renting was taken over by me in an immaculate condition, and the few things I have asked to be fixed were promptly attended to by the handy man working for Aleta. I was contacted by the agency to let me know when he would be coming, so I could be sure to be here. Nothing has been too much trouble, and I know that if I ever have a problem, it will be attended to straight away. Aleta and her girls make renting stress- free, and for that I am so grateful.
