Welcome to Aleta & Co Realty, we are an independent agency specialising in property sales and property management on the beautiful Coffs Coast. Established by Aleta in 2022, she brings together a team whose purpose is to offer a personalised and boutique real estate experience. We pride ourselves on providing a bespoke and personal service, believing that relationships with our clients are more important than the number of transactions we do and this resonates in the number of awards we have won during our 13 years in the industry. Aleta originated from Armidale and moved to the Coffs Coast 42 years ago. Her past experiences were in the legal, financial and government sectors along with supporting her husband in his local building business. Aleta has three children, the oldest Whitney has recently joined her in the real estate industry, her son Reid commenced his carpentry apprenticeship with his dad this year and the youngest Savannah is in high school. Aleta brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our local area and her clients benefit from her honest, sincere, and organised approach to her work. Transparent an amazing

Aleta demonstrate strong local knowledge about the House market and sold both our properties in a week for over the asking price. She was available 24 hours a day as were her staff. Could not recommend a Aleta any more. Transparent clear easy to understand. She made the whole process stress free.
