Very honest no BS approach. I have had 4 other agencies attempt to sell with zero success due to overvaluations / poor sales technique / lack of marketting prowess. Thankfully I found Whitney! A few open homes, some realistic feedback and rectifications required and voila an almost painless sale. Would strongly recommend! Of note her team also took over rental management and found a wealth of overlooked issues from previous agencies...I will only use Whitney again in the Coffs Harbour region!
