We had been looking for a new home in Coffs Harbour for awhile and found Aleta and her team went the extra mile for us to find the right fixer upper. Not only did Aleta go out of her way for her client with the sale, she made did the same for us (the buyer). The home we bought stood vacant, and as we were living in a holdiay park after relocating to the area, Aleta arranged for us to move in on a licence agreement while waiting for settlement. This saved us money and gave us the time needed to relocate our furniture from storage in our own time instead of having to rush with a removalist. Aleta and her team were also very helpful with coordinating between both parties conveyancer's over a few minor issues. I highly reccomend Aleta and her team for anyone looking to buy or sell.
