Genuine agents who get results!
Buying and selling a home can be an emotional and stressful time. We have both bought and sold a home with Charles and Jacqueline and so can speak highly of their integrity and partnership from both sides of the process. Honest, Fair and Committed!
I couldn't fault Charles and his team, they were pleasant to deal with and didn't sugar coat what was possible. Charles is honest, fair and committed to doing his absolute best for both vendor and buyer. We had a positive result on auction day and couldn't ask for more than that! Efficient & Caring
What a delight to deal with agents who put the needs of the client first. On all occassions we were treated with respect and all requests were handled in a pleasant and cooperatve manner. Professional and Personable
Charles Bongiovani and Jacqueline Iversen are both wonderful agents. My partner and I were inexperienced and rushed when we decided to sell our North Melbourne property and both Charles and Jacqueline guided us throughout the entire process - advising us on timelines, supplied us with all contractor contacts to complete the renovation of our home and we were so happy with the results. Communication was effortless and prompt at all times and on auction day, we were surprised to see the entire Alexkarbon team there to support us! Great result
My unit was listed by Gianni for private sale. I accepted his recommendations with regard to price. I was overseas when the unit went on the market and he kept me in the loop the whole time. He had two offers fairly quickly offers and worked hard at negotiating the lower one up to the asking price. He answered my questions from the other side of the world quickly. I highly recommend Gianni Fazzari.
