Team Charles & Jacqueline
We had the pleasure of having Charles Bongiovanni and Jacqueline Iversen from AlexKarBon to sell our family home. Jacqueline kept us well informed throughout the process and respected our privacy while open house times were made. Jacqueline was courteous and easy to approach no matter what we asked she was always there to help. Thank you Jacqueline we could not have gone through the sale of the Estate without your support it was like having a friend next to you. Charles Bongiovanni was our auctioneer for the sale of the Estate. Up to today I have not meet such a professional and great auctioneer, who was clear, loud, motivated and made the auction so exciting even if you were not there to make an offer you wanted to cause you were caught up. I highly recommend Charles as an agent to take care of your property whether you want to rent it out or sell it. Professional through and through.
Charles came highly recommended by a friend with whom had worked. He followed our agreed strategy toward the property sale and remained focussed in what turned out to be a relatively short marketing period. I would highly rate his communication maintained during the sell period, providing concise feedback at regular intervals. In what is a difficult market, I was very pleased with the sale outcome both from a timing and price perspective. I would highly recommend Charles.

Gianni delivered exactly what he said he would!
Gianni was professional, kept me updated regularly on the progress of the sale, and was able to secure a buyer in a short amount of time. I was impressed by Gianni's market knowledge, ability to manage the entire process from end-to-end, and his honesty. In the end Gianni was able to get me the best result possible, considering current market conditions!

Genuine and personal interaction with
Charles and Jacqueline are a pleasure to work with. Their professional and calm demeanour, combined with their genuine and personal approach made the process easy for us. The advice, guidance and transparency they provided throughout the entire process made working with them a very easy, and importantly for us, not stressful at all. This was so appreciated as we were buying and selling at the same time, which is never ideal for one's sanity !

Charles' assistant, Jaqueline, was great!
We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Charles but rather purchased a townhouse through Jaqueline his assistant. What we liked about the whole process from the initial viewing to the signing of the contract was the lack of pressure to buy and the absence of sales tricks. Jacqueline, simply facilitated the sale calmly and transparently. We were also impressed with the use of social media to publicise the property. Overall, Alexkarbon was a winner for both the vendor and for us.
