When looking to sell my property in heathwood I looked on real estate .com to see who was selling the most properties in heathwood. It was quite clearly Natalie Child from All Properties group. I soon discovered why that was the case. Natalie has been nothing short of amazing. Natalie was always quick to reply to my correspondence. Natalie was relentless in her endeavor to sell my house and kept coming back to me with options on which way we could possibly go in a difficult environment. I would recommend Natalie Child to anyone looking for a hard working, prompt, responsive and professional real estate sales agent. You can't put your property in better hands in Heathwood. Can't recommend highly enough. 10/10

It was a pleasure to sell our property with Natalie, her communication was excellent throughout the entire process. She showed excellent knowledge of the Heathwood market and proved this with her pre market appraisal and we were able to get a price we were happy with. We would happily recommend Natalie to anyone looking to sell in the Heathwood area!

I have been buying renovating and selling real estate property for near on 25 years averaging 2 projects per Annum, Ihave dealt with many representatives along the way but probably none as professional in conduct and knowageable with regard to marketing sales and finance matters, in short I would venture to say, for the best positive results give Derrick Williams a call . Selling a home is a challenging experience at the best of times, and COVID-19 adds to the complexity. Natalie was professional and prompt in her advice and her service support preceding the listing, which gave us the best chance for a sale when the house hit the market. Following the offer, Natalie kept us informed and worked with all parties to support a successful outcome.

Nat was an absolute joy to work with. She was very accommodating to any questions I had which gave me peace of mind and made the whole process of purchasing and owning my first home that much easier and gave me. She went above and beyond to get a few things fixed in the house before settlement that were not asked of her and I was very appreciative for her extra effort. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy, you’ll be in safe hands.

We were incredibly happy with the result Natalie got in selling our house in a really tough market with minimal time on the market. Her communication was easily the best I’ve had from any real estate agent with great feedback from all open homes and keeping us informed every step of the process. She has a great demeanor and was so easy to work with. Nothing was to difficult. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and she would definitely be out first pick if we were to need an agent in that area again.

We bought our first investment property through Derrick - we got in to see the property fast, to which we found this property suitable for us, since then we now have Rented the Property through APG .
