Natalie was very relaxing to deal with, from the start she wasn't pushy, but very informative, always let me make the decision and never made me feel pressured to do anything. She made sure I was aware of everything that was happening and everything I needed to do with ample time to make sure I wasn't stressed and easily got everything done in time. Natalie's knowledge was fantastic but she happy to admit if she wasn't 100% sure about something and would do the research and come back to me with the correct details.
