Derrick is a great real estate agent, as first home buyers we didn’t really know the process and how to do things but Derrick was great and helped us every step of the way. Derrick is a very friendly and well knowledgeable agent, he knows the community that he is selling. Very grateful for the experience with a great agent.

Derrick's comprehensive knowledge and involvement in our local community makes him the obvious best choice for selling our property. Derrick's professionalism and attention to detail gave us the utmost confidence in his ability from the day we met him. When each party is 100% committed, the results just speak for themselves. We followed Derrick's advice and our selling experience was as smooth and rewarding as we could have imagined. We recommend Derrick to anyone who is committed and determined to sell their property in a timely manner and who also likes to have their agent expectations exceeded by a long way!! Thankyou very much, Derrick!!

This is the 2nd house Chris Gilmour has sold for us. One was my parents and now our home. Chris has always been approchable and he listens to his sellers, we have bought a beautiful new home from Chris Gilmour at APG as well. We are very happy with the service and information step by step. Happy buyer and sellers.

attention to detail above any other of the agents we interviewed, we sold quickly and for above what other agents quoted. Chris Gilmour & his team at All Properties Group is the only agent to sell with!

Chris & his teams knowledge of the property and the suburb was the best we had dealt with, the presentation of each home was a stand out compared to others that were for sale so we knew we were purchasing a nice home, his communication was fantastic and always kept us up to date throughout the process
