We would highly recommend Ils & Ian. We found them very professional. Great communication through out this whole process & nothing was ever too much trouble.

Chris sets the bar for agents in Drewvale - his signs are everywhere and so is "SOLD". We've seen him sell so many houses in less than a fortnight - and ours was no exception, done in 8 days, and getting more than we expected. He pushed hard to get a lot of buyers through, but the marketing was excellent, and the end result is what counts.

Chris was awesome right from the start. Told us the price we could get and he delivered. Easy to deal with and kept us informed regularly along the way. Nice quick sale at a great price.

Chris sold our house in a short time frame. The marketing provided was the best we have seen and we were extremely happy with the amount of people at the open homes. Chris was professional and didn't waste time getting the job done.

Chris was the choice of agent to sell my home and it was definitely the right one as my house recieved offers, at my preffered price, within 9 days. Chris is extremely knowledgable regarding the housing market and gave me practical advice to ensure I could prepare my home for sale. The process from preperation to contract signing was extremely easy and I felt nothing but confidence that my home sale was in very safe hands with Chris and APG. Thanks Chris! Fleur and Michael.

Hi, Ils: It was our luck to meet you and Ian on the day when we driven back to your inspection site. We are even luckier to have you as our agent! We can not get a better home from anyone else than you've offered to us. We thank you for always answering our questions (As this is our very first time to buy property in Australia, we had many questions either related with property purchasing or not) just like an old friend would do to another. Not only you have taken our problems like your own but also explained every details to us patiently to ensure we have understood completely. Once again, Ils, we consider ourselves are lucky to have you taking care of our property purchasing! We would like to strongly recommend whoever is planning to buy a house to come to you for the professionalism. Warm Regards: Mark | 段强强

I am truly glad that l had appointed ils Townley to be my agent for the sale of my property. Both ils and Ian Townley have gone above and beyond their professional duties to ensure the best possible outcome for my property. Being interstate, l relied heavily on them to act on my best interest and they did that with flying colours. I will not hesitate to recommend them to any potential sellers. Thank you ils and Ian.

It was a big decision for us to sell our first home and after talking with Chris he explained everything to us and made the whole process so easy and simple for us. He kept in constant contact with us throughout the whole process by giving us updates. I never had to chase him up he always called me first. He is a fantastic agent who I highly recommend. He knows what he is talking about and probably knows the market and the area better than anyone else having lived in the area himself. Thanks for everything Chris.
